System Designing

This is one of the most important parts of any project. Our professional engineers and designers use the latest visual designing technology to produce state-of-the-art equipment that will serve you well for years to come.

Fabrication

Our manufacturers use most advanced technologies in design, engineering and fabrication. Our Indian manufacturer uses most innovative and state of the art machinery and tools to manufacture high quality equipments at their facilities at Uttarakhand. We produce manually operated to fully automated PLC/PC based brewery systems with very user friendly controls.

Shipping

After manufacturing and testing, our quality control team completes the final inspection before the equipment is expertly packed and shipped to your premises, ready for installation. Utmost care is taken in packing and transportation to avoid any damage to the equipments.

Installation

Once the equipment arrival at your premises, it is unloaded, unpacked under supervision of our engineers and then our installation team takes charge of the site to complete the erection and installation jobs by assembling and placing the equipments as per finalized layout and interconnecting them with piping, plumbing and quality electricals.

Testing

Our expert engineers conduct pressure, vacuum and hydraulic tests of equipments wherever required, followed by the start-up and running trials of individual equipments to ensure that every thing is in order. And then the trial run of complete plant is undertaken.

Beer Production & Training

Brew Force helps you in procurement of quality raw materials. Our Master Brewer designs beer recipes for you and after water trials, the beer production starts. We help you in selecting the desired staff and train them as per requirement.

After Sales Services

We offer a number of services including on-site support to help you overcome any technical problems you may experience. We provide free services during the warranty period of one year (the part/parts worn out or broken due to mishandling, normal wear and tear, improved usage are not covered under warranty). After the expiry of warranty period, we provide AMC on nominal charges.
